THIS IS HOW I'M WIRED.
I am DEEPER than you think.
If you would like to contradict me, I'm game.
I can most likely figure you out within 5 minutes of having a conversation with you.
I hunger to be an obstruction of your mind.
I thirst for you to figure me out.
You have now entered my masquerade.
You can uncover your facade.
I believe myself to be genuine and I would never betray the ones I love.
I value my family and those who are REAL.
I like to be fascinated by the anomalous.
I am constantly thinking and I love to write poetry.
I have Loved... Lost... and Learned.
The three things that every soul should feel.
I yearn for those that put a smile on my face.
I crave for the one that will give to me what I will give back.
I do not belong in anyone's Virus.
Satisifaction is found on my own.
Don't Lust for what you See...
Desire what you know.
~Thoughts for Journaling~
* To know who you are
* To turn problems into opportunities, gifts.
*To learn to trust yourself as your own counselor
*To release feelings, turmoil, stress in a healthy way
*To access information from your subconscious mind and other parts you may not know exists within yourself
*To find answers to what seems to be unanswerable.
*To capture the teachings of your past
*To record experiences and thoughts you want to keep and remember
*To awaken the writer's voice within you
*to communicate with others when talking is difficult or impossible
*To integrate what you are learning from a class, lecture or life experience/situation.
*To know yourself as a spiritual being
*To heal the past.
*To live from being awake and wware of the present.
*to create the future by conscious choice.
*For the sytem to take responsibility to participate in a way that is comfortable (journal entry may be in a story form, a poem, pictures or a drawing)
*To give feedback to other parts of the system
*Remember that all feelings are legitimate
*Never write to any audience except yourself(s)
*When you lie in your journal, you lie to yourself which is self-sabatoging and will eventually harm you worse
